No, we can help you with lot selection and land development. Starting from a clean slate can be beneficial, as each home should be designed in a manner best suited for the topography. Certain architectural plans may work better for specific lots and grades. We're here to advise on these types of construction matters.
We service all of Middle Tennessee, and are currently building homes in Davidson, Sumner, Robertson, and Williamson Counties.
Residential projects can range anywhere from 8 months to 30 months from groundbreaking to move in, depending on the amount of site work, home size, level of detail (exterior and interior), and interior finishes.
Commercial projects can range anywhere from a few months to 12 months and even 30 months as well. Having a defined scope of work is critical to defining timelines.
We do not have minimum/maximum price per square foot or minimum/maximum square footage requirements. The scope of work and level of detail drive cost.

We do not serve as the project lender. Our clients typically engage financial instutions or private banking partners. We work in close coordination with you and your lender to maintain alignment throughout the build.
We work with a curated network of subcontractors and consultants who share our same standards for craftsmanship, accountability and precision. Many of these relationships we've built over years and years in the industry - from structural and mechanical engineers who prioritize performance and long-term comfort, to finish carpenters known for exceptional detail.
If you have a preferred interior designer, architect or inspector, we're equally comfortable collaborating with who you want involved throughout the build.
We welcome clients to experience their project as it takes shape. Additionally, there will be scheduled site visits are thoughtfully coordinated to ensure safety, protect the integrity of the work and allow for meaningful walkthroughs at key milestones.
